Work/Stealth Mode
 

I figure this should be simple but I don't know how to write it.

That being said, I would like an extra option in the usercp, sort of an on/off switch called work mode.

when on, it will turn off all images, avatars, and signatures as well as change to a pre-specified style. i'd like the settings for the hack to be set in the admin panel as far as defining which style is to be used when the switch is turned on.

If this already exists, I apologize for the unnecessary thread and request a link to the existing hack.

You could really just do this with a customized style. Just use the style drop down box to change it. Its saved by a cookie I think on your pc so you could automatically use one style at work and another at home.

edit: I guess avatar and linked images would still show, in that case maybe you should browse from the archive - a default vb3 feature.

It would disable sigs and avatars if you dont call it in the template. Its variables in the post bit.
