I am like totally new and I dont know PHP, but can someone simplify how to install hacks?I mean really Beginner!!!!!

Almost every hack that is listed for 1.X here you don't really need to know php.

All of them ask that you follow directions, if you can read and just do what the docs say you can install 90% of them.

They aren't hard at all.
