Is there any modification to make Vbulletin share postnuke's database? so basicly its like part of postnuke but only in the members information such as username and password, etc...

no there just isnt a mod to do so.

It was intergrated in the past but not in recent times, most people I know dropped nuke long ago for better solutions. :)
