Moving the display options

I have searched and searched but cannot find the hack that allows me to put the Display Options (which contains who is online etc) up top so that when my users log in they can see who is online and then inside the individual forums, who is in the forum and who the moderator is - can anyone point me in the right direction? thank you very much!
