Block multiple registrations per IP
 
I may have seen this before, but unfortunately "ip" is too short to search for. :(

Does anybody know if this hack exists? If not, can somebody make it? I think many of us would install it.

It's so annyoing offering referral incentives when people can just register new accounts for themselves to up their referral count.

Any ideas?
