How to edit borders

How can I edit the borders that are around the Forum names on the index.php. I don't want to have the border surrounding the imaes. How would I do that?

You could always manually remove it by putting in one of the two <td> tags style="border-right-width: 0px;" for the first cell, or left for the second, in the templates.
