Hello everyone,
I have put this thread in (Modification Requests) forum and they direct me to here :)

I have my forum closed; only members can enter the forum.

I want the vBadvanced to show two kind of news:
1- can be seen by the visitors + members
2- can be seen only by the members.

To do this idea I tried this:
- allow visitors to see forums
- open a forum1 "dedicated to the vBa" can be seen by the visitors
- open a forum2 "dedicated to the vBa" can be seen only by members
- hide all forums in front of visitors (except forum1)
- Then I linked the vBa with forum1 and forum2

Unfortunately, it didn't work!
The visitor sees all the news on vBa like the member, except he can't enter or reply on the thread! This is not what I want.

Any one can help me in this?
I think it need an "if statement" inside news.php :ermm:

Waiting for your help
Thanks in advanced (not vBadvanced :nervous: )

Hello,
I don?t know why there is no one replied on my question!!
But no problem, I should live with that.

I found a good solution and I will tell you what I have got

I create a php module file called mag.php
Then, I created a new template called mag and made it connected with mag.php
I allowed the visitors and members to see it and made it the first to be shown
Form the template mag, I inserted the website message.
Whenever the visitor sign in, he will see the news, archive, calendar, last post, etc.
visitors will see only the site message and the lonin box.

Have a nice day !
