Hello!
I have seen on German website very nice script...
What is VERY essential script was counting
1-traffic
2-clicks

Moreover it was blocking trfaiic overuse. meaning if it riches 2 GB per day YOU CANT download.
You see : hello, traffic usage limit was reached. Please come tommorow.
Huge thing.

Admin said that he can choose also download speed ( i cant understand how...)
It has antileech system.
meaning that script generates link.
like http://www.site.com/download?=80rs8s...saoc//file.zip
for each downloader link is UNIQUE.
and you can reach this page inly from refferer page....

Somebody has already made this... i think.
