Information in PM gone.
 

I just finished installing AWS and it works smoothly and great, but I have a very odd problem now that I've been trying to figure out. All the PMs' user information seem to have vanished. The user name turns into Guest and the post count is n/a, with no appearing avatar. This only occurs when I'm reading any of the PMs, old or new.

I have gone through the private.php several times and made sure everything was correct, no sign of change. I have also tried to replaced the backed up private.php with the edited it, no change either. I also tried the default skin with no templates edited, still nothing.

This only happened after I installed AWS, I have no installed any other hack except for a bar separator for Sticky threads. I also have not installed this before, so this is not an upgrade.

Does that happen with all PMs or just the ones AWS sends? Check your private.php file, that's where the problem lies. Most probably it is not due to AWS but maybe to another hack you have installed before, since you say you replaced the edited one with the saved one and still the problem persists.

I just fixed it. I redid the files and it was int he showthread.php where I made a mistake >_<

Yeah, showthread is also used when showing the PMs.
