Will it be possible to create a links page which will be intergrated into vbulletin. It must require reciprocal links before a link can be added. It must check the other site has the reciprocal link to my site every day. If the link to my site on the other site has been removed, the link is automatically deleted from the links page.

Is it possible, i've had a look on vbulletin and i can't find anything
