Errors in includes/functions.php and global.php

I deleted this part because I tried to reply and it merged everything, which made it all very confusing...

I have this error in global.php:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /global.php on line 645

I think I'm a complete idiot. I found the installer. Let's see if that works. :)

OK... That did work. Now I just have a question... This portion:

The only things that are actually links are "Purchase History" and "Thief" -- I'm thinking these should all be links, so I must have missed something in a template edit. Any idea where?
