werid error
 
ever since my new server company started to move my site i been getting errors, this is the worst one yet:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/sessions.php on line 271

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/exas77ko/public_html/forum/includes/init.php
Line: 27

I have tried to upload all new files, I even tried to upgrade.. nothing is working out, anyone have any ideas? im stumped

There is probably a problem with your database some where. If you tried installing a hack try uninstalling the hack. The second error is caused by the first error in the sessions.php file. Possibly your phrase table is corrupted?
