Watermarking Images on Upload..
 

Searched, Found two ways for this but couldn't get either to work.

does anyone know of a good way to have my images watermarked with my site address when pics are attached to a post?

My attachments aren't being stored in the database if that matters

Forgot to mention i have 3.07 version of VB running

Do you want watermarked or just add your site url to some part of the image ie: bottom right, top left! Doing that is easy, watermarking is more difficult and more things are needed on the server!

You can do it the first way by doing this!

Just enter (2) zip codes and check the checkbox (map zip code center...) to see the ouput! The demo draws the map to, but I am talking about the (copyright text) you will see at the bottom of the zip code map image!

If this is what you want to do, tell me and I will write you the code that you will add to 'functions_upload.php' to do this for images (.jpg*,.gif,.png,.bmp,.tif)

I'll make it a control panel option you can turn off or on!

Also tell me what image extension you have on your server!

The first method you mentioned will work fine.

I'm not sure what you mean by image extension(.jpg, .gif?) or GD2 if its GD2 i have that, or if its the actual image extension then i think i have .jpg and .gif enabled only.
