Maintain/require x.xx posts per day in order to be in a specified usergroup..

I'm wondering if this can be done,

x.xx posts per day required in order to be automatically moved to a specified usergroup.

I know that its possible with Post counts, but how about with 'posts per day'? Also is it possible to combine them, for example:

User need to have Post Count of 200 and maintain 5.00 posts per day in order to be automatically moved to a specified usergroup. If the user failed to maintain 5.00 posts per day, the user is automatically removed from the specified usergroup to 'registered users' usergroup.
