Avatar question

What do we set for avatars in the admincp so the only way members can use an avatar is if they buy one?

In the Usergroup Manager, turn avatars off (but leave the size limits).

Thanks I thouht that was all I needed to do but wasnt sure if turning them off would stop the buying ones too.
