I need some serious HELP..caution, noob question
 

I have installed vbulletin and iam trying to figure out how to separate the parent forum from the child forums with a lil banner thing. I want a "divider" spliiting the two making it obvious that there are categories. and within those categories are sub forums. and when u click the sub forum you cn make threads. How can i do that? i hope that made sense.

i am using 3.03.
