i would suggest to install this hack ONLY when you really want everybody to have a signature, because it will do the same as the "no-avatar" thingy, bother everyone if you have no sig...

yer, ive just started on developing a switch in admin cp and differant images for differant groups,

couldn't it be done with a template conditional?

Either way, doesnt matter. Some people like it this way and I congratulate you for a good hack. No matter what neone thinks ;).

Besides the fact it could have been done with a simple conditional: isn't it a signAture rather than a signIture?!

meh Signiture sounds better than Signature imo :P
im currently coding some extra features, i.e switch signitures on/off and differant images for differant groups

You are corrantly coding sam nise extra featores to switch sgnotures and diffaront imaiges for differont groups on and off, nice :D
