Integrating banner ads
 
Hi, I know there are plenty of resources on integrating banner ads to your forum, but I want to offer free banner ad placements to people who register on my forums(as an incentive to register). They can upload their banner from within the control panel, and view stats on how many impressions and clicks they have received.

I know this exists, I just don't know if it is a custom hack, or a standard hack(you can see it working at http://www.webhostdebate.com ),

If anyone could let me know, it would be much appreciated.
