Alternating forumbit header color / background

Hey there everyone,

I was wondering if you could explain to me how I'd go about alternating the forumbit header / background style like over at http://talkfreelance.com/index.php? . You'll notice that the headers alternate from green to blue and I was just wondering how that's done. Thanks in advance!
