can this upgrade be done?

Yep :) We upgraded ours from 3.1 to 4.1

so i can do just right away 3.1 to 4.1 or first i have to do 3.1 to 4 and then 4.0 to 4.1?

In 4.1 version instructions there is upgrade script just from 4.0 :(

We never installed 4.0 we went straight from 3.1 to 4.1 because of the multipble garage feature. Didn't really see any dramastic changes from 3.1 to 4.0 so we didn't install 4.0!
