to send 250 emails per some period of time
 
Hi,
Currently I have vBulletin forum with 1,100 Members.
My host provider is complaining about sending over 200-300 emails
per hour to Members.

I am wandering is this possible and how to create a 'hack' which will send 250 emails per some period of time (>60 min)?

I see that such hack is not available.
