A few errors
 
I installed it, everything works fine but I was unable to make some of the modifications in the install text file as the code wasn't on the particular pages and you can't create a character. When you go to the headquarters for the first time, you're prompted to create a character, but you go through, fill everything out, and click save changes and you get a database error. Also, going to rpgcp.php gives you an instant database error.

Care to be more specific about
a) what code you couldn't apply - it's all tested and working on 3.0.7
b) what errors in hq.php
c) what errors in rpgcp.php

because it is 138,9 % impossible to diagnose an error/fix a bug with that huge lack of information.
