Post content analysis

Hi !

I'm interrested in a realtime automated post content analysis.
i.e : if in a specifyied board, someone post or reply and include defined words (by forum, not whole), an email should be sent to inform that someone is talking about it, and bring interrested people to read the thread.

Does it exists somewhere or did someone did this ?
