I don't know why, but I think the header (Smooth Blue Skin) would look amazing if the clouds moved across the blue header, rather than just being static...

It would be simple visual, but would look great :)

I don't think it'd look good tbh. On a fixed width style maybe but it just wouldn't look right here.
