Custom Colors

Is there a way to program custom colors so the appear in the drop down list?

To my knowledge - just edit the template.

What template would that be? Sorry I searched for a random colour that is installed, and found no template with it in it.

It should be in Main CSS, look for dropdown or jump menu id.
