email attachments hack help please

hello again i have a question an maybe a little help would be nice to for this hack ?

i would like to know if it is possible to make a vbulletin email attachments hack so that users can email them selfs a attachments of ones web site or maybe others..

i would like to know what files would need to be used in the hack and what code is used for this all i know is that there is a " postbit " template edit so please help me
