that just use for under user avater ...
admin can custorm some user 's title that he ask for it...

In 1.1.5 the Admin can already assign User Names. Just edit the user, give them a new title and click "Yes" to use Custom Titles.

In 2.0 this functionality can be given to users after they meet certain requirements.

ok,and i'v found a "customtitle" in user table :)
i edited template "forumhome" added a line
$customtitle
ofcause,$customtitle is added in showthead.php

and thanx too :)
