vb.org Archive - Restoration Complete but whats this?

I have restored my backup doing CPANEL>BACKUP, if thats a way... or can someone correct me on how to restore it correctly because it is showing in my mysql database as "myusername"_forumbackup32005sql and i have check and repaired many times, and when i go back to my forum it has this,
"There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience."

Any help guys?
