I want to use this hack to provide members with goods such as domain names and hosting in return for points.

When members donate points to me (the admin) I can see that I've got extra points but how can I tell which member has made the donation?

I tried to work around this by using the admin donate to take points from members, but it would appear that it will only allow me to donate points to members?

Another work around I've considered is using the thief action and only allowing admins to thief.

Any suggestions?

That'll let you verify that a user has given you points.

For taking away points, you can craft your own query or just enter a negative amount in the admindonate.

If you only want admins to theif, you can basically just use a negative amount in admin donate as well.

Thanks a lot, I didn't realise that you could put a negative amount in the admin donate. Problem sorted.
