Forum Leaders exclude some user/admins/mods

I'm looking for a hack so that i can choose to exclude some one from the showgroups.php. I know that i can exclude a usergroup let say the Administrators but i whant to exclude a user not the hole group. Can this be done and more importent how.

No AFAIK this can not be done with a default vB installation.

Create a new usergroup. Put that one person in it.

That is not a option, if i create a group that has admin rights it will not work 100%. This is being told on vbulletin.com site. We have admins that are for forum maintanace and other stuff, but the must not be listed in forum leaders, because they are not for the forum front end but only for the back-end
