Strange error all of a sudden
 
Hack has been installed for a while now and all of a sudden im getting this error:

Warning: main(./modules/welcomeblock.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /includes/vba_cmps_include_bottom.php on line 230
Any idea what this could be and what might have caused it to happen all of a sudden? I havent changed anything.

First make sure it is still there ! , I have seen files vanish before :|

Second if it is there, make sure the folder is chmod to 0775 as well as the file.

Yep that file was missing. Any idea why or how that could possibly happen?
