Lottery Suggestion
 

Perhaps the amount of money from the tickets shouldn't go to the "final sum" of prize money, since a user could buy 100 tickets and when winning, he'd technically win for free (got all his ticket money back). Maybe only add 25% of the ticket money?

Or a switch that lets you set a lottery to allow people to buy as many tickets as they want for that lottery, or they can only by one ticket.

Make it per lottery entry though so you can run one that is a mass pot and one that is a single ticket only.

Result, make the mass one have a very low starting amount, this discourages people from buying a ton as they would only reduce their actual gain, and the one they can only buy one ticket from would have a large starting amount.

I will try to implement these in the Final, right now I need to find a way to make the hack compatible for those that get the can_administer() error...
