Email Issues from Forum
 
We are trying to leverage the functionality of Vbulletin that would make it mandatory for users to register, and then be approved as members from the moderators. As well, we wish for the users email address to be validated. Currently when a user registers, they do not receive an email, and the moderators are not informed that there is a new users to be moderated.
