Quick While question

Say if I have

$a=5

}

How do I make it so $a will be usable outside the loop?

$a will be usable anywhere after it's defined. If $a changes in your loop and you want whatever it's set to to be usable, you'll need to cache the loop. More information is needed about what you are trying to do.
