slight problem on forum main page

if you look on the main forum page, where the crew forum forum is at the bottom, there's a big black block seperating the forum ad's and cat image from the actual forums themselves, does anybody have an idea what this could be due to??? me and the guy running it with me have no idea, we can figure it out and its stressing us lol
