Paid Subscriptions

For some reason, the paid subscription option on my site doesn't add the people that payed for the subscription to it automatically, I have to go into paypal and find their user name, and add them manually, which is a real pain in the ass.

Is there something wrong with paid subscriptions in vb 3.0.3, did I probobly just ++++ something up, or is vb not set to automatically add the users to that subscription.
