no one has succeeded with thief
We do not use the reputation aspect of VB, so is that why no one is able to steal points?
There have been about 20 attempts, and no one has succeeded. Can anyone help me with this? TIA |
That's odd. I'll see if I can find what is wrong.
|
any ideas on this?

Mine works ok-
Vbulletin ver 3.0.7 One thing I did notice in the code (and please correct me if I'm wrong) is that the lower the reputation the user has, the less chance they have of being sucessful. Maybe your user already has a rep level of less than -100, or something like that. I noticed that when I upped my "test user" account level to around 200, the stealing was pretty sucessful. I actually ended up modding my site so that anyone with a reputation of under 10 would never be able to steal sucessfully. 'Cause I had a problem with bad reputation users figuring they had nothing more to lose. |
Nope. I looked and unless the person who you try to steal from has a massively large amount of reputation points (and it shouldn't be, especially if it is off), then you have around a 50/50 chance to steal.
