Can?t locate answers regarding execute SQL Query
I usually follow instructions rather good and I have been having tremendous success with installing hacks on my forum and the only issue I keep having is when the hack requires using a PHP Query. I do what I?m instructed or at least I think I do so, but I usually get back errors telling me the item does not exist and this has become rather frustrating as I want to install several more hacks but cannot because of this problem.
I have questioned other in specific sections regarding this issue and most tell me I have to place another code in front of the query such as forum_XXX_... but that doesn?t always work either, in fact, that rarely works. What I?m I missing. How do I determine what section of my server a particular file is located to get this command to work? Where do I learn more about this issue and the necessary changes to make query?s work? I have searched the SQL Online Manual without success. |
[sql]Read the "How to run queries in teh link above this box[/sql]
PS Just an advice, if you don't want people to click away your post without even reading it, don't use a different font size. My eyes are hurting and a got a headache now. |
Thanks, but everything there is regarding vb2 and I use vb3 unless the script is the same? Anything better?

vB2 and vB3 are completely incompatible, and some modifications for older versions of vB3 are not compatible with the current version.
