When people apply to be in a certain usergroup and are accepted it is put as their secondary rank, and their first is Registered user, how do i make it as their primary group without changing it in admincp for all members?

Why would you want that. Tell us what you want to achieve with it, and someone might be able to help. Like the system is now, it can only be a secondary group.

I want it to do it because it deosn't show the rank and they don't get the permissions.

The users primairy group must have "Can have membergroups" set to yes.

In the secondary group you must set "Can override user title" (or something like that) to yes.
