What software can yuo recommand for a blog?

Wordpress is pretty much the industry standard now. It's free, open-source and has lots of addons/plugins/extensions or whatever they call them :)

I too would also recommend World Press. I use b2 personally, but thedifferences between the two are minimal. The reason I would chooseWorld Press is because b2 is no longer supported being that thedeveloper now works on World Press.

I started out on Blogger back in 2001, then moved to Grey Matter, Movable Type, b2 and then Word Press. Word Press is a great blogging program! It's easy to understand, flexible and best of all FREE! :)
