Drop-down in templates
 
Hi.
I have made a 'Custom' site, with the use of templates.
How do i add a drop-down box in that template so it (ofcourse) shows on the "Custom site"?

Okay, a bit unaccurate here, maybe.
I used the "vBulletin Powered page", and now i want to put in a fropdown, in the template (not the navbar)
