[REQUEST] Turn off clan creation
 

well seeing my board still small and every member can create a clan... how about an option in the admincp to turn on and off clan creation by users, that way to incentivate new members to join clans that already exists.

Strangely enough, my reply on this did not get submitted apparently.
I will add an option to do this in a future version.
To do this on v3, you have to open /clancp.php and comment out all sections referring to Add Clan, then comment this option out from the ClanCP templates too.
You will still be able to add clans through the ACP though.
