Make smilies not random?

I've added a few smillie hacks into my site such as the category and favorite smilies hack.

I was wanting to incorporate the favorite smilies into this so that it pulls their first 10 smilies.

I've got the code added in for it to pull the smilies right, but since they are only selecting 20, it's randomly select 10 of 20 and duplicating a few ;)

How can I remove the random function of the smilie grab for vbchat?
