Links to usernames don't work

In my "Currently Online Users" block, the link to each online members' name is incorrect, how can I fix that?

what do you mean incorrect? it worked for me on the index page

On my portal page, under the "active users" block, the link to my username is http://otnforums.snooboo.com/member.php?u=1, where it really should be http://otnforums.snooboo.com/forum/member.php?u=1.

it goes to /forum/member.php?u=1 for me.
