Site help needed please (desperate)

Hi all, I hoping I could get some help here with regards to the speed of my forums loading, over the past week or two I have noticed that my forums are taking longer to load and somtimes failing to load, its not just me that is seeing the speeed decline its others too, I have ran the Repair / Optimize Tables from within vb but have noticed no changed in the speed at all, I have been intouch with my hosts (34sp) and they say that they can not see any issues from their end, I'm at a loss now and not sure how to solve this issue, so I was wondering any of you can visit my site and see what you think, also are there any untils that I can use apart from the ones in vb to test my forums.
My forums are at www.chetnet.co.uk/portal

Although it says I'm running VB 3.0.4 I'm patched up the the latest, if you need any more info then please yell

seems fine to me at the moment

notice u have some ntl stuff on your main page - does it check for status every time u refresh etc ?

install this hack : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=59700

will show us how many queries u running etc

Thanks for the swift reply, yest the status page is renewed on page refresh, I will install that hack and feed back to you
