Removing Color
 
I want to remove the color "red" from the BB code and dissallow it for all users in all groups other then admin.

How do I do this?

All BBCODE that contains any variant of RED, including FF0000, 255, 0, 0

Also if it contains 'red' do you want to replace it or strip it/remove the BBCODE surround the text!

I don't want to remove red as a definition for the color. But I want the code [color=red] removed, so that it can not be used. But only for non-admins. :)
