Can't find smiley or wysisyg path?

I remember reading that in order for the smilies to show up, you have to edit the smiley image path. It wasn't an option to do that during the install, so how do I do it now? My wysiwig box has also disappeared from the reply area. Where can I edit that so it points to the full url as well?
