Is there a blank page template mod?

Does VB have a blank page template mod?

Basically it will create a blank page within the VB that you can customize, making a new page. You can also set the permissions as to who can view these added pages.

In my use of phpbb in the past, they have mods like this. Perhaps this will help me explain it better...

yup view the hints and tips forum, you'll need basic knowledge of php though

or you can use logicians webtemplates hack :)
