Specific changes from v2.2 to v2.3?

Could you by chance point out any specific (namely template) changes made in the v2.2->2.3 upgrade? My current templates are modified and I would throw a fit if I had to re-do them. An upgrade path would be nice so I could modify my existing templates to conform to v2.3.

No log has been kept from the changes to the templates, i would suggest using software which tells you the comparison between 2 files, just compared the two XML files :)
