Thread tools
 
Installed with no problems but in the articles pages I have no "thread tools" and viewers of articles have no way to rate the articles. Something must have been missed on the template installations .. is is possible to have the template installation code.

You didn't set the usergroup permissions correctly.

Checked and double checked all permission .. still no rating of articles
